MyStudio Payments Powered by Stripe
In May 2024, we began migrating payments processed through WePay over to Stripe within MyStudio. This migration is being done in multiple roll-outs with one group of businesses at a time.
This enhancement will allow you to manage all payment transactions, payouts, disputes, chargebacks, and your Stripe account within the MyStudio control panel.
The seamless integration also comes with industry-leading customer service that includes a phone number for support and best-in-class security.
Additionally, the Stripe platform includes an in-person payment system, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for all MyStudio check out pages.
Recurring payments and existing, valid payment methods on file will be transferred to Stripe. Our customer support team will contact you to provide the exact dates for when your business' payments will officially begin processing through Stripe.

To prevent your emails from being flagged as spam, it is important to update your business email address in mystudio business profile.
Major email providers like Google and Yahoo are now mandating that senders of bulk emails to establish DNS records for their domains. Read more about this
